Terms and Conditions of Service
Effective Date: October 2026 · Version 2.4 · AltMED Healthcare Technologies
These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between AltMED Healthcare Technologies (“AltMED”, “we”, “us”) and the licensed medical clinic, practitioner, or healthcare establishment (“Clinic”, “You”) accessing the AltMED clinical management and 3D body mapping software.
01.Super-Admin Provisioning & Account Access
AltMED operates exclusively on an enterprise provisioned model. Public self-registration is disabled. All user accounts (including Clinic Administrators, Doctors, and Reception Staff) are provisioned directly by or under the authorization of the AltMED Super Administrator.
You agree to maintain the strict confidentiality of your login credentials. You may not permit shared logins or transfer account access to unauthorized third parties. Any attempt to bypass access controls or access dashboard modules without valid Super Admin registration will result in immediate termination of access.
02.Scope of Clinical Software & Medical Disclaimer
AltMED is a clinical documentation, interactive 3D anatomy charting, and administrative management tool designed for acupressure, acupuncture, and alternative medicine practitioners.
03.Practitioner Responsibilities & Patient Consent
The Clinic is solely responsible for obtaining all informed consents required under applicable healthcare laws and medical ethics regulations prior to entering patient demographics, vitals, medical histories, and 3D session recordings into the AltMED platform.
You warrant that all clinical information submitted is accurate, legally obtained, and within the scope of your medical licensure.
04.Role-Based Permissions & Staff Directory
AltMED implements granular Role-Based Access Control (RBAC):
- Clinic Admin: Manages clinic settings, billing, service pricing, and staff invitations.
- Doctor / Practitioner: Accesses assigned patient charts, 3D point mapping, clinical notes, and treatment histories.
- Receptionist: Manages appointment schedules, patient check-ins, walk-ins, and invoice generation.
Clinic administrators are responsible for ensuring staff roles are assigned appropriately and revoked upon employee departure.
05.Licensing, Invoicing & Financial Terms
Subscriptions and software access fees are invoiced in accordance with the enterprise service agreement agreed upon during clinic onboarding. All fees are exclusive of applicable statutory taxes (such as GST), which will be invoiced accordingly.
Invoices generated by clinics through the AltMED billing module reflect payments between the clinic and their patients. AltMED does not act as a banking institution or tax withholding agent for patient-to-clinic transactions.
06.Intellectual Property
AltMED Healthcare Technologies retains all proprietary rights, copyright, and trade secrets in the platform software, 3D anatomical coordinate models, visual shaders, branding, and documentation. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the platform during your active subscription.
Patient records and clinical notes entered by your clinic remain the proprietary property of your healthcare practice.
07.Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AltMED shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, or any loss of patient goodwill, clinical data loss, or business interruption arising from the use or inability to use the platform.
08.Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms shall be instituted exclusively in the competent courts located in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, India.
